OFW Loan 1st Time- Bago or first time na mag aabroad GUIDELINES ON OFW LOAN * 1st timer and old timer OFW’s are accepted except 1st timer Domestic Helpers and Family Drivers going to Asian Countries and Middle East * 1st timer Domestic Helpers and Family Drivers bound for US, Canada, Europe, New Zealand and Australia are accepted * Old timer Domestic Helpers and Family Drivers going to Asian Countries are accepted but are subject to Credit Investigation * Negative Areas: Israel, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Kenya, Angola, Kazakhstan and other conflict areas * If the proof of billing of the borrower is not under his name, 2valid id’s with his address indicated to establish residency shall be accepted, If only 1 valid id with address is available, other documents such as STANDARD Contract, registered mail, credit card bill, bank statement, etc. are also accepted to establish the proof of residency. * OFW’s with immigrant VISAS are required to submit COE, Visa and Proof of remittance. Required to have: Joint Ca with SPOUSE/Beneficiary and additional Co-Borrower, either relative. Friend with source of income to sign on the PN POEA E-receipt is not required Note: The Loan will be released 2-3 weeks before departure date. Requirements -2 copies 2x2 picture - 2 Valid IDs, (SSS ID , ID, driver's license, passport, or voter's ID) - Original proof of billing such as utility bills (Elec. bill, Water bill,cable, Telephone Bill ) (kung wala sa pangalan ninyo ang utility bill, magsubmit din ng proof of residency such as valid IDs with address, proof of remittance, credit card with pic) Kung ang utility bill ay nasa pangalan ng asawa ninyo, magdala rin po kayo ng marriage contract. Kung nasa pangalan naman ng magulang ninyo, magdala kayo ng birth certificate. -For Old timer: Proof of remittance - Contract of employment, POEA info sheet (original to be submitted if direct hire) - Visa / passport, E-receipt (important!) / plane ticket or flight details For placement fee: Job offer (important) / contract / medical exam certificate For direct hire / immigrant: Certificate of employment, Visa / passport, plane ticket / flight details For Student Visa ( UK and other 1st world) Dapat may acceptance letter at may Job offer or Guaranteed na Part-time Job sa abroad. Photocopy ng documents ang isasubmit pero kailangang dalhin ang originals for verification. Kung hindi ninyo madadala ang originals, ipa certify as true copies of the original ang mga dokumento. (Original utility bill ang isa submit) Collateral: Post dated checks (joint account with co-borrower) Co-borrower: Spouse / beneficiary or immediate family memberas co-borrower to open joint account 120K below loan approval: 2 signatories 125K above loan approval: 3 signatories Loanable Amount: Maximum of P300,000.00 for OFWs in First World Countries. Maximum of P250,000.00 for the rest of the world. Processing time: 24 working Hrs. approval ( basta po kumpleto ang requirements ) Terms: 3-9 months Charges: 1.
