REGULAR PRACTICE: BANDS /DANCE /CHORAL/ DRAMA & OTHER PERFORMING GROUPS and the VENUE for your PHOTO SHOOTS : PICTORIALS VIDEO SHOOTS : MTVs, AVPs AUDITIONS / CASTINGS WORKSHOPS: SEMINARS * ORIENTATIONS * BRIEFINGS WE OFFER THE FF: STUDIO • Total Area is: 86 sq. m., with an approximate band rehearsal capacity of 20 musicians, dancing area for 30 dancers, viewing/seating capacity for 60 guests, can accommodate a choir of 50 members • Height is 19ft, high enough for acrobatic stunts, dance lifts etc. • It is fully air-conditioned and may be equipped with facilities and equipment depending on the client’s requirements (band equipment and instruments, sound system, wall mirrors, chairs and tables, spotlights and moving heads, stage set up, projector and others). • Can sustain high electrical load from high voltage equipment and lights (No need to rent a generator !) • Sound resistant from outside noise and distractions. • With attending in-house technician at all times DRESSING ROOM • It is air-conditioned, with own comfort room, clothes rack, dresser table, sofa; refrigerator, dining table. WAITING AREA • It can be utilized as an eating area or working area. It has tables and stools, electric fan, telephone. We also have separate comfort rooms for male and female nearby. OFFICE • For clients with more staff and administrative requirements/ system, we offer the Office. This may be used as the client’s registration /interview area etc., conference room.
